Beach House Notes 2025
To make your visit easier ...

Welcome to the Beach!

We’re so glad you’re here. Below are a few things to keep in mind during your stay so everything runs smoothly—and you can focus on relaxing.

Parking & Property Guidelines

  • You may park in any of these spots:
  • Space marked 527
  • Inside the garage
  • Directly in front of the garage door

Please only park in these designated areas—unauthorized vehicles may be towed.

  • Security cameras monitor the parking lot and backyard for your safety and that of our neighbors. There are no cameras inside the condo.
  • Please don’t hang towels or clothes over the railings—our HOA is very particular about maintaining a clean exterior.
  • The area in front of the building is an active driveway, so if kids are playing there, please keep an eye out for cars.

Dog-Friendly Yard

  • The fenced backyard is a great space for your dogs to explore. There are gates at both ends of the building, so make sure they’re closed before letting dogs off-leash.
  • Other dogs also use the yard. A chair at the bottom of our back steps usually means our neighbor’s (very large) dogs are outside. Please check before heading out with yours.
  • To keep the yard enjoyable for everyone, never leave dogs unattended and please clean up after them. This shared space is relatively new, and we’d love to continue using it.

Trash & Recycling

  • Trash days are Tuesday and Friday.
  • Recycling is collected on Wednesday
  • The kitchen trash can slides out from the cabinet by the sink.
Recycling bin = in the laundry room.
Paper bag liners for recycling = in the cabinet with the trash can.
  • Large recycling bins for glass and aluminum are inside the fenced parking area.
No plastic trash bags or pizza boxes in the recycling—these prevent pickup. Only loose paper, cardboard, aluminum, or plastic.

Extras & Amenities

  • The plants on the deck would love a drink if it doesn’t rain during your visit.
  • There are two coffee pots. The K Cup maching is on the counter. The drip pot is in the hall pantry.
  • Outdoor shower is located just outside the garage.
  • No smoking inside the unit. Feel free to use the front or back decks.
  • Grill: Please use caution with the gas grill and always turn off the main propane tank when finished. Refills are available at Brennan Fuel.
  • Iron + ironing board are in the primary bedroom linen closet.
  • The are blow dryers in the primary bedroom linen closet.
  • There are king sheets for the bed in the primary in the linen, too. If you use the sheets please leave them clean for the next guest.
  • High chair + child safety gates are in the canopy bedroom closet.
  • There is a printer under the TV in the yellow bedroom and a monitor in the closet in the canopy bedroom.
  • There are two thermostats:
    • Upstairs control (near kitchen) = top two floors
    • Entry hallway control = bottom two floors
Closing the big window blinds helps save energy (and makes it easier to watch TV!).

Beach & Fun

  • Please enjoy the beach chairs, toys, crabbing gear, and red wagon in the garage.
Crab bait is available at Jingles Bait & Tackle.
  • We’ve stocked the kitchen with assorted spices—you’re welcome to use whatever’s here.
  • There are 8 Beach Badges in a bowl on the kitchen counter. Please leave them behind when you check out.
